"When I became trustee of my parents estate I had to take over the various details such as insurance on their vehicles and home. John Schragg was very helpful - he had gotten to know my parents and talked about his time visiting with them and enjoying the conversations. "I have had nothing, but issues with John Schragg and his team since the agent I signed with left there. I added a vehicle and had one removed and things really went South at that point. They could not get the correct drivers assigned to the proper vehicles. After multiple that was finally resolved, then the cost had nearly doubles what it was previously. They looked into that and found a mistake and "corrected" it, but my payment was still $200+ higher per month. After realizing they were not going to correct the pricing, I decided to switch to Progressive. Low and behold my price went down to a lesser cost than I was even paying before the add of the new vehicle. I then reached out to have my insurance cancelled in it's entirety and they were going to do that. Next thing I know I am being charged still several weeks later. I reach out and demand a refund and they do refund my money after a few days. Fast forward several 5 or so months know and I happen to see an $8 charge per month still coming out of my account and as I dig deeper I see it has been coming out since I cancelled. I reached out to them 5 days ago to ask them what is going on and three days later I get the response from John that he is looking into it. Well, here we are now two days after that and I have asked again what this is for with no response. My next coarse of action will be to contact the BBB as this is unacceptable! I have never worked with ANY business that cannot keep track of things and complete simple tasks in a timely manner. Update: Yes we did talk today, finally. The story I was given is that someone made a mistake and must have had 2 screens open and some how I was getting charged for someone else's insurance add on, for around 7 months now.... Hmmmm. Thanks for letting me know!"

"Not only has State Farm been good to me through getting my jeep fixed, but they have the best price around. I recently added a friend to my insurance as everywhere else wanted quite literally hundreds of dollars. They got him insurance for $70 a month. Sidney specially helped me with this and she was fantastic. Explained everything to me, the process we needed to go through and everything to get him insured. Sidney is amazing as well as the whole State Farm team. I won’t go anywhere else for insurance!"

"I have had State Farm Insurance for years and the agents in our area were not so efficient as John Schragg’s staff at this location. I learned this when I moved to the Three Rivers area. They have been friendly and courteous with any situation that has come up.
